In the 13th match minute, ＤΞΣＰ░ＴΣＫ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rabah Hanin to maneuver through the defense. Abdelhamid Merbah was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Eugen Perișoară. After some careless play in the ＤΞΣＰ░ＴΣＫ defense, Eusebiu Levițchi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Abdelhamid Merbah. The ＤΞΣＰ░ＴΣＫ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Abdelhamid Merbah should have stopped the shot. In the 19th minute, Mohamed Yahia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Through an outstanding action, after 24 minutes, Abdelhamid Merbah successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. -BZF- Fc Gheraseni were awarded a corner in the 25th minute after ＤΞΣＰ░ＴΣＫ's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Eusebiu Levițchi took the corner. At last the ball reached Corneliu Sântimbrean at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of ＤΞΣＰ░ＴΣＫ. 3-0. When Lucian Caciulescu fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored -BZF- Fc Gheraseni's protests and gave Lucian Caciulescu a yellow card for diving instead. Corneliu Sântimbrean fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abdelhamid Merbah having to interfere. Abdelhamid Merbah took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eusebiu Levițchi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 35 minutes, Eusebiu Levițchi took a quick shot and it went in 4-0 without a chance for Abdelhamid Merbah to make any attempt to save it. In the 40th minute, Aurelian Acalinei left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The -BZF- Fc Gheraseni fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aurelian Acalinei got free with Abdelhamid Merbah in the 48th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Corneliu Sântimbrean to make the kick off. If Corneliu Sântimbrean had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 53 minutes, Aurelian Acalinei made it 6-0 with a short kick to the right side. ＤΞΣＰ░ＴΣＫ's Abdelhamid Merbah tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 74th minute of the match Eusebiu Levițchi sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Abdelhamid Merbah skillfully saved the ball.
