In the 24th minute Oliver Bierhoff shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Borys Gruchacz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 29th match minute, Joinville United - FSCMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernando Vale to maneuver through the defense. If Gustavo Scarpa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. Arne Offendahl's shot from long distance in the 93rd minute was not bad at all, but ADM Taquaras's Jeremias Moreno knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. Jeremias Moreno showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tostão Montenegro in the 95th minute of the match. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
