Creekers's Weston Rivera tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 10 played minutes CD Suscal got a freekick which was hit by Estevez Tobia. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 12th minute, but Sandro Asteguieta got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving CD Suscal hanging dry this time. Sandro Asteguieta stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dudley Hadley's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. Sandro Asteguieta made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Gary Gamble sent off a good shot on target. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind CD Suscal's goalkeeper Sandro Asteguieta, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Creekers's Christopher Goss got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Gary Gamble could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Sandro Asteguieta made a huge save. In the 27th minute Xoan Golpe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Weston Rivera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Creekers booed when CD Suscal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Figueroa Ebro didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Christopher Goss had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sandro Asteguieta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dudley Hadley in the 36th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Christopher Goss in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sandro Asteguieta prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sandro Asteguieta made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Gary Gamble sent off a good shot on target. Estevez Tobia kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. In the 47th minute, Creekers's Tuan Tackett ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Sandro Asteguieta. Sandro Asteguieta yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The wind increased when Dudley Hadley made the kick off in the second half. Cordero Dulanto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. In the 85th minute, Xoan Golpe got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Weston Rivera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Xoan Golpe in the 88th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xoan Golpe in the 90th minute of play forced Creekers's goalkeeper Weston Rivera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
