Alatz March showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Romeo Nițoi in the 34th minute of the match. Gigel Bulgar was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 35th minute. F.C CLUJ MEDICINA's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. 0-1 became the score in the 45th minute when Haimar Fuentes elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gigel Bulgar to make the kick off. After 56 played minutes Downchester City got a freekick which was hit by Roger Palomares. Downchester City's attentive Roger Palomares managed to snatch the ball when Marius Tomoiu made a throw-in in the 61st minute of the game. Lander Macho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pepito Sacristán fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Claudiu Pușcașu having to interfere. F.C CLUJ MEDICINA's Claudiu Pușcașu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save F.C CLUJ MEDICINA from getting a goal against them. Gigel Bulgar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 69 minutes into the match, F.C CLUJ MEDICINA's goal looked a bit too open when Haimar Fuentes came free, but Claudiu Pușcașu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alatz March showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Calistrat Potopea in the 72nd minute of the match. After 73 minutes, Romualdo Echavarri mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Downchester City and the F.C CLUJ MEDICINA players grew even worse after the yellow card. Mihnea Găină made in the 76th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Aurelian Panțâru however managed to control. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Haimar Fuentes in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Claudiu Pușcașu saved F.C CLUJ MEDICINA from getting behind. In the 81st minute, Haimar Fuentes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Claudiu Pușcașu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Haimar Fuentes did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-3 to the left of a surprised Claudiu Pușcașu 86 minutes into the match. In the 90th minute, Haimar Fuentes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Downchester City fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. If Haimar Fuentes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 96thth minute of the game Haimar Fuentes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but F.C CLUJ MEDICINA's Claudiu Pușcașu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Downchester City's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
