Spectators: 7490 (Terracing: 5618, Seating: 1723, VIP seats: 149) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Leo Crespo started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Jr Familia Campos FC booed when Vitricidas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victorio Berdoi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jr Familia Campos FC's Romário Maranhense couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 4th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Vitricidas. 5 minutes into the game, Leo Crespo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Salvador Dominix was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Marcelinho Rocha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Angelo Chale, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. After 11 played minutes Jr Familia Campos FC got a freekick which was hit by Adhemar Quadros. If Narciso Rodas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 22nd minute, Leo Crespo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Jr Familia Campos FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Jr Familia Campos FC's Adhemar Quadros managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Melquiades Boniel in the 25 minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leo Crespo in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Salvador Dominix saved Vitricidas from getting behind. 28 minutes into the match, Leo Crespo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Salvador Dominix, 3-0. If Narciso Rodas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leo Crespo in the 34th minute of play forced Vitricidas's goalkeeper Salvador Dominix to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Romário Maranhense shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Leo Crespo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Salvador Dominix having to interfere. If Leo Crespo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Leo Crespos short, quick shot in the 45thth minute got Salvador Dominix to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

Lorenzo Herrera's late challenge caught a Jr Familia Campos FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lorenzo Herrera helped the player get up and apologised. Leo Crespo might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Salvador Dominix. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Leo Crespo ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience was convinced that Leo Crespo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Salvador Dominix was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. In the 65th minute of the match Romário Maranhense shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Salvador Dominix showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Salvador Dominix stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Leo Crespo's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. Hieronim Frodyma's late challenge caught a Vitricidas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hieronim Frodyma helped the player get up and apologised. In the 82nd match minute, Jr Familia Campos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hieronim Frodyma to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Vitricidas's Victorio Berdoi got a free kick in the 84th minute. Leo Crespo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Salvador Dominix tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leo Crespo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Jr Familia Campos FC fully deserved thier win.
