The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marco Tristan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Club Atlethico Talleres's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mestre GG the free kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gildo Sá in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Silvio Mikolas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Romário Seco came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Mestre GG fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Romário Seco couldn't finish the play. If Gildo Sá had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Club Atlethico Talleres's Silvio Mikolas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save Club Atlethico Talleres from getting a goal against them. Romário Seco's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Silvio Mikolas firmly grabbed it by the left post. Silvio Mikolas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Romário Seco, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. The supporters of Mestre GG booed when Club Atlethico Talleres was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guido Goi didn't get a good kick on the ball.
