The audience was convinced that Jacek Wasikowski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rene Pouliotte was relentless in the 6th minute of the game. In the 7th minute, Słodkie Cytryny's Jacek Wasikowski dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Rene Pouliotte made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wit Osielski in the 12th minute. Barnaba Glozor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jeff Haywood, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Jacek Wasikowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rene Pouliotte having to interfere. Barnaba Glozor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lupe Titus in the 24th minute of play. Roman Slazak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rene Pouliotte having to interfere. AFC Richmond's defense didn't have a chance, in the 33rd minute, when Roman Slazak scored to the left of an out of position Rene Pouliotte, making the score, 2-0. 35 minutes into the match, Jacek Wasikowski notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of AFC Richmond's Rene Pouliotte. Rene Pouliotte was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. David Haskins sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edward Wisniewski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

The wind increased when Jeff Haywood made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Roman Slazak ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rene Pouliotte was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Rene Pouliotte showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jacek Wasikowski in the 56th minute of the match. AFC Richmond's Kenneth Ratliff got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, Słodkie Cytryny's Barnaba Glozor got control of the ball when Lupe Titus tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 64 played minutes AFC Richmond got a freekick which was hit by Napoleon Chesnay. The supporters of AFC Richmond booed when Słodkie Cytryny was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ryszard Wielowiejski didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard shot by David Haskins from long distance, 67 minutes into the match, got Barnaba Glozor's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. In the 69th minute, Iwan Szarmach hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, AFC Richmond's Rémy Peralta got a free kick in the 71st minute. The supporters of Słodkie Cytryny booed when AFC Richmond was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aron Lockhart didn't get a good kick on the ball. 89 minutes into the match, Słodkie Cytryny's Miromir Franzik broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 91st minute, Roman Slazak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Napoleon Chesnay hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. When the referee ended the match the Słodkie Cytryny players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
