In the 17thth minute of the game Aníbal Sá who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but BLACK STAR FC's Emmanuel Dandy was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 26th match minute, Clube Atl. Taquaritinga was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Varban Pavlikyanov to maneuver through the defense. BLACK STAR FC's 忠 许褚 got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Emmanuel Dandy made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Aníbal Sá sent off a good shot on target. Haroldo Dante took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucien Ratté, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, BLACK STAR FC's Emmanuel Dandy got control of the ball when Aníbal Sá tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 47th minute, 忠 许褚 ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Haroldo Dante was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Aníbal Sá made a kick off. After 55 minutes of play, Clube Atl. Joko Kustiana hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. BLACK STAR FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
