Valle Saron's Pepito Saron managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Conrado Mouricio in the 26 minute of the game. Gianfranco Saron blasted a shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Paulo Rosio having to make a save. Paulo Rosio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gianfranco Saron in the 27th minute of the match. Paulo Rosio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gianfranco Saron in the 29th minute of play. In the 36th minute, Gianfranco Saron got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Gianfranco Saron had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luís Hernandez in the 42nd minute of play forced Valle Saron's goalkeeper Emiliano Saron to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 47 minutes into the match, Gianfranco Saron had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Paulo Rosio. Atletas Campesinos F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gianfranco Saron was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gianfranco Saron made a kick off. The audience was convinced that Gianfranco Saron's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Paulo Rosio was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. Atletas Campesinos F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. The Atletas Campesinos F.C. fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Valle Saron were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
