In the 3rd minute, ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007's Lucrețiu Ghimiș dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. 5 minutes into the game, Leontin Hârtopanu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Emil Gabor was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Petruț Arapașu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bianco Cappucci's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. In the 10thth minute of the game Bianco Cappucci who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ★POLI★™★VIOLA★'s Petruț Arapașu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Petruț Arapașu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bianco Cappucci's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. 13 minutes into the match, ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007's goal looked a bit too open when Marin Dindelegan came free, but Emil Gabor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 17 minutes into the game, Bianco Cappucci cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Petruț Arapașu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 21 minutes into the match, ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007's Lucrețiu Ghimiș sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Petruț Arapașu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 22nd minute ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007 were awarded a corner. Eugen Mihălțan went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007's corner Lucrețiu Ghimiș fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Petruț Arapașu quite easily take care of the ball. In the 31st minute, Marin Dindelegan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ★POLI★™★VIOLA★ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. With a little luck, ★POLI★™★VIOLA★'s Petruț Arapașu got control of the ball when Lucrețiu Ghimiș tried to sneak it across the goal line. 38 minutes into the game, Lucrețiu Ghimiș recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Petruț Arapașu. Lucrețiu Ghimiș showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-2. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-2.

★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007 made a substitution. Konrad Dlugi replaced Eliodor Gheban. Basarab Vărzaru's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Petruț Arapașu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. 57 minutes into the match, ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007's goalkeeper Emil Gabor had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leontin Hârtopanu. 64 minutes into the match, Lucrețiu Ghimiș notched a goal, 5-2, to the right of ★POLI★™★VIOLA★'s Petruț Arapașu. Petruț Arapașu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. ★POLI★™★VIOLA★'s Petruț Arapașu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucrețiu Ghimiș in the 70th minute of play. A throw-in in the 73rd minute of the game was made by Nicu Udroiu with Constantin Bădila as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. ★POLI★™★VIOLA★ were awarded a corner in the 76th minute after ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Arman Harlén took the corner. After having played for 78 minutes, Marin Dindelegan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ★POLI★™★VIOLA★'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Marin Dindelegan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Constantin Bădila came free with the goalkeeper in the 80th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Emil Gabor could save by the left post. Marin Dindelegan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of ★POLI★™★VIOLA★ booed when ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucrețiu Ghimiș didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucrețiu Ghimiș in the 93rd minute of play forced ★POLI★™★VIOLA★'s goalkeeper Petruț Arapașu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marin Dindelegan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucrețiu Ghimiș in the 97th minute of play forced ★POLI★™★VIOLA★'s goalkeeper Petruț Arapașu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Many of ★POLI★™★VIOLA★'s supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. ★POLI★™★VIOLA★ may have spent more time on the ball, but ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007 were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
