Seating: 42, VIP seats: 3) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when J.C. Jacobson took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 2nd match minute, Dep. Moron was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daníel Ortiz to maneuver through the defense. After 3 played minutes, Recolta Alamor's Blaine Schaffer shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jesus Rios came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Recolta Alamor reached it. Grigore Proca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Milo Cordova, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Grigore Proca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Milo Cordova in the 6th minute of play. 9 minutes into the match, Dep. Moron's goal looked a bit too open when Francesco Osborne came free, but Jesus Rios reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sam Malone in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Grigore Proca prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a little luck, Dep. Moron's Jesus Rios got control of the ball when Blaine Schaffer tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Milo Cordova managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dep. Moron's supporters rose to their feet, but Milo Cordova was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Grigore Proca breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Chris Bateman got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 1-0. 20 minutes into the match. Blaine Schaffer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 24th minute Milo Cordova shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Grigore Proca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Grigore Proca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from J.C. Jacobson, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Grigore Proca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from J.C. Jacobson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Francesco Osborne's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 36thth minute, Jesus Rios skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Vincenzo Herget sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Dep. Moron's Jesus Rios got control of the ball when Francesco Osborne tried to sneak it across the goal line. Grigore Proca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from J.C. Jacobson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.
In the 58th match minute, Dep. Moron was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sam Malone to maneuver through the defense. Dep. Moron made a substitution. Renato Esposito replaced Daníel Ortiz. After a rather tough play, Dep. Moron's Sam Malone got a free kick in the 59th minute. The supporters of Dep. Moron booed when Recolta Alamor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rudy Alvarado didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Renato Esposito came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Dep. Moron fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Renato Esposito couldn't finish the play. Jesus Rios made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Norman Donnelly in the 68th minute of play. Vincenzo Herget could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Grigore Proca made a huge save. After having played for 71 minutes, Milo Cordova managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dep. Moron's supporters crossed their fingers, but Milo Cordova was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 73 played minutes Recolta Alamor got a freekick which was hit by Phil Riggs. After recieving a nice pass, Dep. Moron's Thanh Kaplan tried to score from far away in the 74th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Francesco Osborne sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chris Bateman in the 82nd minute of play forced Dep. Moron's goalkeeper Jesus Rios to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Dep. Moron's zone, Chris Bateman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jesus Rios came out of the goal and Chris Bateman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Milo Cordova came free with the goalkeeper in the 86th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Grigore Proca could save by the left post. Milo Cordova could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Grigore Proca made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in Recolta Alamor's zone, J.C. Jacobson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Grigore Proca came out of the goal and J.C. Jacobson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. J.C. Jacobson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Grigore Proca made a huge save. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
