Aglauros Passas charged in rather forcefully in the 4th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aglauros Passas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Attard Gunners booed when Aek athens was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aglauros Passas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Michael Testaferrata Olivier kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Amadeo Rapinett showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Epigonoi Melonakos in the 16th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Michael Testaferrata Olivier's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Plouton Karameros was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. Plouton Karameros made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Thomas Zrinzo sent off a good shot on target. After 23 minutes Aek athens's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Nathan Baldacchino who took care of the corner kick. Epigonoi Melonakos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amadeo Rapinett having to interfere. In the 30th minute of the match, Thomas Zrinzo got a very nice opportunity to score, but Plouton Karameros was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 34 minutes into the match, Patrick Izzo notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Aek athens's Plouton Karameros. Plouton Karameros was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Plouton Karameros stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Patrick Izzo's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. Thomas Zrinzo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Michael Testaferrata Olivier could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Plouton Karameros made a huge save. Plouton Karameros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patrick Izzo in the 43rd minute of the match. Patrick Izzo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Plouton Karameros tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Spiros Katramados to strike the kick off in the second half. Plouton Karameros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Michael Testaferrata Olivier in the 53rd minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Patrick Izzo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Plouton Karameros was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. In the 59th match minute, Attard Gunners was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mike Grima to maneuver through the defense. Joshua Demanuele took the ball and in the 61 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Plouton Karameros. Plouton Karameros dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. In the 65th minute, Plouton Christodoulou hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aek athens's Plouton Karameros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patrick Izzo in the 65th minute of play. After 72 minutes of play, Attard Gunners's Patrick Izzo made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Plouton Karameros was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience thought a goal was coming when Akheloos Savakis got free with Amadeo Rapinett in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Attard Gunners's Thomas Zrinzo got a free kick in the 79th minute. If Jake Debono had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Plouton Karameros took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Michael Testaferrata Olivier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Plouton Karameros came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Attard Gunners's Michael Testaferrata Olivier. But to his dismay, Michael Testaferrata Olivier quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-2. In the 94th minute, Aglauros Passas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thomas Zrinzo hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. There was no doubt that Attard Gunners were the better team. Attard Gunners's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
