Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) Glasston's Bryden Sewell started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After having played for 8 minutes, Edmonds Askew managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BES MUDI BANDITS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edmonds Askew was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Phillip Finden in the 10th minute of play forced BES MUDI BANDITS's goalkeeper Ariel Bingen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 15 minutes into the match, BES MUDI BANDITS's goal looked a bit too open when Bryden Sewell came free, but Ariel Bingen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Glasston's Stephan Belford in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye BES MUDI BANDITS's goalie prevented a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edmonds Askew got free with Jonty Park in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 27th play minutes Bryden Sewell shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Ariel Bingen and just under the crossbar into goal. Ariel Bingen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Phillip Finden, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edmonds Askew received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Jonty Park tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Glasston's Kenneth Perandis got a free kick in the 40th minute. With a little luck, Glasston's Jonty Park got control of the ball when Edmonds Askew tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind Glasston's goalkeeper Jonty Park, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Barth Alchin to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, BES MUDI BANDITS's goalkeeper Ariel Bingen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Stephan Belford. A collision led to BES MUDI BANDITS getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Edmonds Askew hit a great ball. Glasston's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Stephan Belford in the 56th minute. A nice corner shot did that Stephan Belford got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ariel Bingen quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Jonty Park made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Barth Alchin in the 59th minute of play. In the 64th match minute, BES MUDI BANDITS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Barth Alchin to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Phillip Finden in the 69th minute of play forced BES MUDI BANDITS's goalkeeper Ariel Bingen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 70 minutes into the match, Glasston's goal looked a bit too open when Barth Alchin came free, but Jonty Park reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 72nd minute, Adriano Sansoni hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ariel Bingen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Phillip Finden, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. BES MUDI BANDITS's Rusty Vaisey managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Bryce Letsch in the 82 minute of the game. BES MUDI BANDITS's Ariel Bingen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Phillip Finden in the 84th minute of play. Corey Rhoades kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Ariel Bingen made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Stephan Belford sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Stephan Belford got free with Ariel Bingen in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
