In the 4th minute, Sébastian Bouleau ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Clem Fath was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Sébastian Bouleau recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sébastian Bouleau might have been able to make a better finish in the 14th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Clem Fath. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sébastian Bouleau ran back to his position shaking his head. Clem Fath showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sébastian Bouleau in the 14th minute of the match. Anatole Jannin's late challenge caught a Tours Football Club's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Anatole Jannin helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Cosa nostra Lyon's Anatole Jannin got a free kick in the 18th minute. Clem Fath showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sébastian Bouleau, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. In the 21st match minute, Cosa nostra Lyon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sidney Joannes to maneuver through the defense. After 24 minutes, Tim Ménet mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cosa nostra Lyon and the Tours Football Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Cosa nostra Lyon getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Tim Ménet hit a great ball. Ludovic Le Gac hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Clem Fath showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sébastian Bouleau, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. 28 minutes into the match, Sébastian Bouleau notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Cosa nostra Lyon's Clem Fath. Clem Fath was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 31 minutes into the match, Cosa nostra Lyon's goal looked a bit too open when Aziz Koehler came free, but Clem Fath reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aziz Koehler scored 0-4 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Clem Fath, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Sébastian Bouleau's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Clem Fath read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. Tours Football Club's Sébastian Bouleau got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 40th minute, Sébastian Bouleau left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tours Football Club fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. Clem Fath showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sébastian Bouleau, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. 44 minutes into the match, Tours Football Club's Sébastian Bouleau sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Clem Fath narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Cyril Reynal kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Hercule Frison might have been able to make a better finish in the 52nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lech Blochowiak. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hercule Frison ran back to his position shaking his head. The throw-in from Florian Lardenois in the 55th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Tours Football Club's Romulo Urko. Tours Football Club's Jim-André Van Landschoot was substituted for Charles-Emmanuel Camilleri. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cyrille Jenny in the 71st minute of play forced Cosa nostra Lyon's goalkeeper Clem Fath to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 72 minutes Cosa nostra Lyon's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Aziz Koehler who took care of the corner kick. A very nice done corner allowed Cyrille Jenny to score against Clem Fath in Cosa nostra Lyon's goal. 0-6 after 72 minutes. Clem Fath came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by Tours Football Club's Cyrille Jenny. But to his dismay, Cyrille Jenny quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. Clem Fath showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cyrille Jenny in the 82nd minute of the match. A collision led to Cosa nostra Lyon getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Hercule Frison hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cyrille Jenny in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Clem Fath saved Cosa nostra Lyon from getting behind. 94 minutes into the match, Cosa nostra Lyon's goal looked a bit too open when Cyrille Jenny came free, but Clem Fath reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
