Jens-Ove Käcker didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jerry Svartengren went, in the 3rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Jens-Ove Käcker took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mårten Colin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Oscar Almstedt kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Andreas Isaksson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Malte Siöberg in the 23rd minute of the match. Mårten Colin kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Malte Siöberg in the 29th minute of play forced Ytterby FF's goalkeeper Andreas Isaksson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Ytterby FF booed when Kind of Blue was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eric Åkesson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eric Åkesson took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Andreas Isaksson. Andreas Isaksson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. 43 minutes into the match, Ytterby FF's goal looked a bit too open when Malte Siöberg came free, but Andreas Isaksson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mårten Colin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Eric Åkesson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 61st minute, Sivert Hultin made a precise shot to the right of Jens-Ove Käcker. Kind of Blue's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. Egil Widberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andreas Isaksson having to interfere. Eric Åkesson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Ytterby FF's zone, Malte Siöberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Andreas Isaksson came out of the goal and Malte Siöberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jerry Svartengren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jens-Ove Käcker having to interfere. A collision led to Kind of Blue getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Eric Åkesson hit a great ball. A collision led to Ytterby FF getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Holger Springfält fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andreas Isaksson having to interfere. Kind of Blue were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Ytterby FF to leave the ground with a draw.
