The audience was convinced that Elliott Bergsten's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Adam Fusek was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. Adam Fusek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jiří Salaba in the 36th minute of play. After some careless play in the Legendia Bohumín defense, Elliott Bergsten kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Adam Fusek. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pavel Kánský in the 41st minute of play forced FC NESYT SEDLEC's goalkeeper Franci Plánička to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Elliott Bergsten struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Adam Fusek didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC NESYT SEDLEC. After the first half FC NESYT SEDLEC were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Jaroslav Brož made the kick off in the second half. When Václav Duda fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Legendia Bohumín's protests and gave Václav Duda a yellow card for diving instead. In the 66th minute, Václav Duda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Legendia Bohumín's David Šperl was substituted for Václav Duda. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Elliott Bergsten in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adam Fusek prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match clock showed 67 minutes, the score became 0-4 when Elliott Bergsten sped through Legendia Bohumín's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Adam Fusek.
