Orestis Karnezis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Romeo Raulo in the 13th minute of the match. Vance Tidwell charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vance Tidwell the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 15th minute, Vance Tidwell hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 17th minute, HISPANO FC's Migúel Herrera ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Guilherme Veiga. Guilherme Veiga yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pastor Cambranes got free with Guilherme Veiga in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some careless play in the Racing Miami Futbol Club defense, Jefferson Otero kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Guilherme Veiga. The Racing Miami Futbol Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Guilherme Veiga should have stopped the shot. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
51 minutes into the match, HISPANO FC's Pastor Cambranes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Guilherme Veiga narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 53 minutes into the game, HISPANO FC's Migúel Herrera nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Guilherme Veiga made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. 57 minutes into the match, Racing Miami Futbol Club's Romeo Raulo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Orestis Karnezis narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After recieving a nice pass, HISPANO FC's Jonas Granström tried to score from far away in the 63rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Chance Adams got free with Orestis Karnezis in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Chance Adams recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Racing Miami Futbol Club's Rolland Kellogg got a free kick in the 77th minute. Guilherme Veiga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jefferson Otero, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pastor Cambranes in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Guilherme Veiga prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Chance Adams could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Orestis Karnezis made a huge save. Racing Miami Futbol Club's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Nathanial Coppack in the 89th minute. Racing Miami Futbol Club's Nathanial Coppack was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Orestis Karnezis in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 94th minute, Racing Miami Futbol Club's Chance Adams dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-2. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The HISPANO FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Racing Miami Futbol Club had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
