Gong Chao Ke's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 35thth minute, Guto Trevisan skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Alysson Rezende showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Betinho Cerezo, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. 45 minutes into the match, Legion of Boom's Jens Anderson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alysson Rezende narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Legion of Boom's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Vito Diniz in the 47th minute. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Ogro F.C.'s Nicko McBrain was substituted for Alex Van Halen. If Gong Chao Ke had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 74 minutes, Gong Chao Ke managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ogro F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Gong Chao Ke was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ogro F.C. were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Legion of Boom for a fine match.
