In the 6th minute Maciej Harbaszewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Konstanty Gamza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. F.C. Sosnowiec's Jan Pazura played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Borys Dombroski in the 8th minute of play. Norbert Borowski's late challenge caught a FC Cavia Pyskowice's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Norbert Borowski helped the player get up and apologised. In the 9th minute, Norbert Borowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Konstanty Gamza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maciej Harbaszewski, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. After a rather tough play, F.C. Sosnowiec's Daniel Blicharz got a free kick in the 17th minute. If Arkadiusz Rasialdo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. FC Cavia Pyskowice's Borys Dombroski got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jan Pazura came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by FC Cavia Pyskowice's Borys Dombroski. But to his dismay, Borys Dombroski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. F.C. Sosnowiec's Jan Pazura played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Borys Dombroski in the 26th minute of play. In the 31st minute of the game Fryderyk Rykaczewski made a throw-in which Witalis Kostrzewa played forward. After 37 minutes, Wlodzimierz Odachowski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the F.C. Sosnowiec and the FC Cavia Pyskowice players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of FC Cavia Pyskowice booed when F.C. Sosnowiec was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wlodzimierz Odachowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lech Naskrent hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Jan Pazura stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arkadiusz Rasialdo's shot from short distance in the 44th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Daniel Blicharz during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 45th match minute, F.C. Sosnowiec was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daniel Blicharz to maneuver through the defense. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Borys Dombroski was the one to do the kick off. Maciej Harbaszewski kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, FC Cavia Pyskowice's Arkadiusz Rasialdo got a free kick in the 74th minute. In the 80th minute, Borys Dombroski fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Jan Pazura, passed just outside the right post. 84 minutes into the match, F.C. Sosnowiec's goal looked a bit too open when Izydor Klejnowski came free, but Jan Pazura reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 85th minute, Maciej Harbaszewski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 91st match minute, F.C. Sosnowiec was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iwan Adamczak to maneuver through the defense. 93 minutes into the match, Tytus Ludwa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jan Pazura. F.C. Sosnowiec's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tytus Ludwa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. FC Cavia Pyskowice played a much better game than F.C. Sosnowiec and deserved their victory. The F.C. Sosnowiec players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
