Waldemar Cwynar stood somewhat misplaced when Yannik Blocks came free in front of goal and shot 1-1 to the left of him in the 27 minute. 31 minutes into the match, Mikolaj Giertych notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Heavy Metal Pirates's Borys Patora. Borys Patora was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Waldemar Cwynar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yannik Blocks in the 37th minute of the match. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind Heavy Metal Pirates's goalkeeper Borys Patora, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Waldemar Cwynar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ovidio Vincente, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Heavy Metal Pirates booed when KS Olimpia Warszawa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Walery Glapiak didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 45th minute, Emilio Sesse hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Juliusz Dyczkowski was the one to do the kick off. But to his dismay, Juliusz Dyczkowski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. KS Olimpia Warszawa's Sharma Sharma was substituted for Mikolaj Giertych. Heavy Metal Pirates made a substitution. Lucjan Malewicz replaced Hassan Brousseau. KS Olimpia Warszawa's Jack Sugar was substituted for Lachezar Tetevenski. In the 87th minute, Juliusz Dyczkowski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
