Markos Renieris started the match with the kick off. A collision led to þînk þ£st ƒç getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Porter Hoffman hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Markos Renieris in the 3rd minute of play forced þînk þ£st ƒç's goalkeeper Lewis Kendall to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 15 minutes into the game, Charis Kastanakos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Lewis Kendall was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Lewis Kendall made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sotiris Pavlidis in the 18th minute of play. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Saronida FC's goalkeeper Vlassis Giannoglou, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Anton Roberts sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Charis Kastanakos in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lewis Kendall saved þînk þ£st ƒç from getting behind. In the 33rd minute, Phillip Devine hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Markos Renieris received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Lewis Kendall tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Anton Roberts got free with Vlassis Giannoglou in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 39 minutes into the match, Antonis Vrazilianos notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of þînk þ£st ƒç's Lewis Kendall. Lewis Kendall was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Tad Livingston fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored þînk þ£st ƒç's protests and gave Tad Livingston a yellow card for diving instead. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Saronida FC's Petros Maragoudakis was substituted for Simos Zacharenios. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Anton Roberts to strike the kick off in the second half. Lewis Kendall didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Markos Renieris went, in the 57th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Saronida FC's Antonis Vrazilianos got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, þînk þ£st ƒç's Lewis Kendall got control of the ball when Thodoris Tsirogiannis tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 67th minute, Saronida FC's Markos Renieris dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-4. Thurman Garland hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Markos Renieris in the 72nd minute of play forced þînk þ£st ƒç's goalkeeper Lewis Kendall to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 76 played minutes Saronida FC got a freekick which was hit by Charis Kastanakos. Tad Livingston fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vlassis Giannoglou having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Saronida FC's Antonis Vrazilianos got a free kick in the 81st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anton Roberts in the 82nd minute of play forced Saronida FC's goalkeeper Vlassis Giannoglou to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 87th match minute, Saronida FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vladimiros Karezis to maneuver through the defense. In the 90th minute, Phillip Devine hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Markos Renieris who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 91stth minute tested the skills of Lewis Kendall when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Saronida FC played a much better game than þînk þ£st ƒç and deserved their victory. The þînk þ£st ƒç players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
