The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 3 played minutes Urutu F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Hortêncio Camarinha. In the 5th match minute, Urutu F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Custódio Lima Clemente to maneuver through the defense. 10 minutes into the match, Urutu F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Roberto-Carlos Catarinense came free, but Iustinian Sabău reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jefferson Otto's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Iustinian Sabău read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. After taking down the ball on ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ's corner Gabi Joinvilense fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Iustinian Sabău quite easily take care of the ball. Iustinian Sabău showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roberto-Carlos Catarinense in the 18th minute of the match. Fahl Gattuso hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Michel Čech didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Leonel Costa went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. In the 45th minute, Jefferson Otto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jefferson Otto made a kick off. Iustinian Sabău showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jefferson Otto, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jefferson Otto got free with Iustinian Sabău in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ's Orlando de Brito was substituted for He Yuan Wen. The supporters of Urutu F.C. booed when ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roberto-Carlos Catarinense didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jefferson Otto who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 68thth minute tested the skills of Iustinian Sabău when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 69th minute Dinei Tinoco clashed with another player. He fell to the ground and was in great pain. It was obvious that he couldn't finish the game. Custódio Lima Clemente's late challenge caught a ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Custódio Lima Clemente helped the player get up and apologised. ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ's Anderson Sousa was substituted for Dinei Tinoco. After a rather tough play, Urutu F.C.'s Custódio Lima Clemente got a free kick in the 70th minute. Orlando de Brito hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. In the 78th minute Leonel Costa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Michel Čech saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Custódio Lima Clemente sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 85th minute of the match, Roberto-Carlos Catarinense tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Iustinian Sabău saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 88thth minute of the game Jefferson Otto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Urutu F.C.'s Iustinian Sabău was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Lopo Sá made in the 91st minute of the game a quick throw-in and Leonel Costa immediately put the ball in play. ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ's Michel Čech played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonel Costa in the 93rd minute of play. Fahl Gattuso's late challenge caught a Urutu F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card.
