Brak Gola showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alexei Karamazov, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. Manfred Beck fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brak Gola having to interfere. Ruud van Nistelrooij who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 11thth minute tested the skills of Joseph Svartengren when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Joseph Svartengren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ruud van Nistelrooij, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manfred Beck in the 16th minute of play forced Underdogs's goalkeeper Brak Gola to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ruud van Nistelrooij scored 1-0 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Joseph Svartengren, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 24th minute, Ruud van Nistelrooij left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Underdogs fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Joseph Svartengren didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 33rd minute, which inside left pole to 3-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Ruud van Nistelrooij kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Joseph Svartengren. That made the score 4-0 in the 36 minute of play. Kacper Mentus kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Brak Gola came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by Hallstahammar IK's Manfred Beck. But to his dismay, Manfred Beck quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. Erik Browall hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alexei Karamazov made a kick off. Manfred Beck fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brak Gola having to interfere. Ruud van Nistelrooij sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A hard shot 65 in the game by Alexei Karamazov from a close distance when the talented Brak Gola managed to make a qualified save. Underdogs's players were relieved. Joseph Svartengren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manuel Oriche in the 67th minute of play. Joseph Svartengren was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Manfred Beck came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Hallstahammar IK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Manfred Beck couldn't finish the play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Underdogs fully deserved thier win.
