An unexpectedly hard shot by Lisandro Nafarroa in the 5th minute of play forced Badiña C.F.'s goalkeeper Jörn Kruuse to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Teobaldo Montrell recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 11th minute Badiña C.F. were awarded a corner. Armando Verdone went to the cornerflag to take it. Badiña C.F.'s Armando Verdone was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Andres Ariando in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After a rather tough play, Monsalvo's Marcelino Dalmai got a free kick in the 12th minute. Monsalvo's Andres Ariando played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Garin Jimenez in the 14th minute of play. Andres Ariando stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Garin Jimenez's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lisandro Nafarroa made a kick off. Monsalvo's Andres Ariando played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Garin Jimenez in the 54th minute of play. Jörn Kruuse showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lisandro Nafarroa in the 56th minute of the match. Garin Jimenez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Andres Ariando made a huge save. In the 63rd match minute, Monsalvo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christian Bitxintxo to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Monsalvo's Andres Ariando got control of the ball when Tamás Iványi tried to sneak it across the goal line. Andres Ariando showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tamás Iványi in the 73rd minute of the match. When Frisco Ponce De Leon fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Badiña C.F.'s protests and gave Frisco Ponce De Leon a yellow card for diving instead. In the 74th minute, Frisco Ponce De Leon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lisandro Nafarroa might have been able to make a better finish in the 75th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jörn Kruuse. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lisandro Nafarroa ran back to his position shaking his head. 77 minutes into the game, Christian Bitxintxo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Monsalvo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Badiña C.F. the free kick. The supporters of Badiña C.F. booed when Monsalvo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christian Bitxintxo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Andres Ariando showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Melchior Traneskov, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. 84 minutes into the match, Badiña C.F.'s goal looked a bit too open when Lisandro Nafarroa came free, but Jörn Kruuse reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 88th minute Garin Jimenez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andres Ariando saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Garin Jimenez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Badiña C.F.'s Mambru Zapatero was substituted for Constancio Macías. Monsalvo's Andres Ariando proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save Monsalvo from getting a goal against them. After 97 played minutes Monsalvo got a freekick which was hit by Lisandro Nafarroa. The Badiña C.F. fans' excitement grew in the 98th match minute when Badiña C.F.'s Beltza Aceves looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Badiña C.F. played a much better game than Monsalvo and deserved their victory. The Monsalvo players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
