Spectators: 158 (Terracing: 119, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) After a rather tough play, Beech United's Colin Le Saux got a free kick in the 4th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Mariusz Kocieniewski kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Lance Walton. That made the score 1-1 in the 10 minute of play. In the 21st match minute, San Gwann Birlik was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Art Rhoades to maneuver through the defense. Samim Esentürk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabrício Cordeiro in the 24th minute of the match. Mariusz Kocieniewski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lance Walton made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Mariusz Kocieniewski sent off a good shot on target. Samim Esentürk came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Beech United's Fabrício Cordeiro. But to his dismay, Fabrício Cordeiro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

Den Dimmock kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Beech United's Lance Walton played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariusz Kocieniewski in the 59th minute of play. Lance Walton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mariusz Kocieniewski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 60th minute, Beech United's Fabrício Cordeiro ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Samim Esentürk. Samim Esentürk yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-3. Colin Le Saux struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Samim Esentürk didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Beech United. With a little luck, San Gwann Birlik's Samim Esentürk got control of the ball when Fabrício Cordeiro tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 70th minute, Fabrício Cordeiro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Samim Esentürk was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. Fabrício Cordeiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fabrício Cordeiro got free with Samim Esentürk in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The audience was convinced that Mariusz Kocieniewski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lance Walton was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. If Fabrício Cordeiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 87thth minute of the game Rupert Rundle who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but San Gwann Birlik's Samim Esentürk was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 89th minute of the match Beech United got a corner. San Gwann Birlik's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Den Dimmock ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Den Dimmock almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but San Gwann Birlik's Samim Esentürk did a great save. Beech United's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
