Spectators: 161 (Terracing: 121, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) Cristinel Papadima made the kick off and thus started the match. The supporters of Rasnita booed when Rova Rosiori was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gică Boldur didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 3rd minute, Bogdan Calboreanu sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Rova Rosiori's Constantin Tatomir didn't even have to move. Constantin Tatomir made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cristinel Papadima in the 5th minute. Leonard Chirculescu came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by Rova Rosiori's Olimpiu Cămătaru. But to his dismay, Olimpiu Cămătaru quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Constantin Tatomir was a little too slow when Matei Boldișor got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 12th minute. The score was now 1-1. 14 minutes into the match, Rasnita's Ionuț Costache sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Constantin Tatomir narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Rova Rosiori's Ilie Răducan managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Cristinel Bungescu in the 18 minute of the game. Constantin Tatomir showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dumitru Drăghici in the 19th minute of the match. Cristinel Papadima struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Constantin Tatomir didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rasnita. The crowd rose to their feet as Dumitru Drăghici kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Constantin Tatomir. That made the score 2-1 in the 26 minute of play. Vali Ionaș could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Constantin Tatomir made a huge save. In the 34th match minute, Rova Rosiori was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Grigore Pogea to maneuver through the defense. 36 minutes into the game, Rasnita's Cristinel Bungescu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Constantin Tatomir made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Constantin Tatomir didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cristinel Papadima went, in the 41st minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. The supporters of Rasnita booed when Rova Rosiori was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ilie Răducan didn't get a good kick on the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Olimpiu Cămătaru to make the kick off. Aron Gherasim could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Leonard Chirculescu made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ionuț Costache in the 58th minute of play forced Rova Rosiori's goalkeeper Constantin Tatomir to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Rova Rosiori booed when Rasnita was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bogdan Calboreanu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Constantin Tatomir showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dumitru Drăghici, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Dumitru Drăghici kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. In the 70th minute, Vali Ionaș hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dumitru Drăghici took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Constantin Tatomir. Constantin Tatomir dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. 77 minutes into the game, Olimpiu Cămătaru recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Leonard Chirculescu. Olimpiu Cămătaru showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 5-2. With 85 minutes on the clock, Bogdan Calboreanu commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 86 played minutes Rasnita got a freekick which was hit by Bogdan Calboreanu. In the 95th minute, Cristinel Papadima hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Rasnita fans cheered their team off the field, for while Rova Rosiori had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
