Ronaldinho Rossi took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 4th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Cauan Medeiros. Master Champion's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Matías Barreto got free with Waldir Palmeira in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilberto Garcia in the 11th minute of play forced Master Champion's goalkeeper Cauan Medeiros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Tirense F.C.'s zone, Matías Barreto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Waldir Palmeira came out of the goal and Matías Barreto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Matías Barreto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Jefferson Arósio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Iuri Negri kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Tirense F.C.'s Waldir Palmeira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matías Barreto in the 42nd minute of play. Waldir Palmeira stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Matías Barreto's shot from short distance in the 47th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Matías Barreto was the one to do the kick off. Waldir Palmeira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matías Barreto in the 53rd minute of the match. Cauan Medeiros made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gilberto Garcia in the 55th minute. Waldir Palmeira didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Wesley Barbosa went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Enéas Netto charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Enéas Netto the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 66th match minute, Master Champion was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enéas Netto to maneuver through the defense. 74 minutes into the game, Gilberto Garcia was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tirense F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Master Champion the free kick. In the 74th match minute, Tirense F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gilberto Garcia to maneuver through the defense. When Ronaldinho Rossi fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tirense F.C.'s protests and gave Ronaldinho Rossi a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Tirense F.C. getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Ronaldinho Rossi hit a great ball. Gilberto Garcia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Master Champion's Cauan Medeiros proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Master Champion from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Matías Barreto in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Waldir Palmeira prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 90th minute of the game. One of Tirense F.C.:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Master Champion:s goal. After 95 played minutes Tirense F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Ronaldinho Rossi. For all the effort they put into the match, the Tirense F.C. players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Master Champion.
