The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Jaroslaw Siedlecki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gwidon Cwojdak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Abandon All Hope's Davi Silva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pawel Karanowski in the 5th minute of play. If Kryspin Robak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pawel Karanowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Davi Silva tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Abandon All Hope's Davi Silva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damazy Polek in the 13th minute of play. MZ Wodzisław Śląski were awarded a corner in the 15th minute after Abandon All Hope's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Cornel Braniște took the corner. The corner led to MZ Wodzisław Śląski's Pawel Karanowski getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damazy Polek in the 19th minute of play forced Abandon All Hope's goalkeeper Davi Silva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 22 minutes into the match, MZ Wodzisław Śląski's goalkeeper Jaroslaw Siedlecki had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gwidon Cwojdak. After 22 played minutes Abandon All Hope got a freekick which was hit by Jedrzej Debowy. After a defensive mix-up in Abandon All Hope's zone, Damazy Polek stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Davi Silva came out of the goal and Damazy Polek tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 25 minutes into the match, Abandon All Hope's goal looked a bit too open when Pawel Karanowski came free, but Davi Silva reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 33 minutes into the match, Pawel Karanowski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Davi Silva. Abandon All Hope's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pawel Karanowski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 43rd minute Damazy Polek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Davi Silva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Abandon All Hope getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Jedrzej Debowy hit a great ball. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kryspin Robak to make the kick off. Abandon All Hope's Davi Silva proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save Abandon All Hope from getting a goal against them. In the 59th minute Damazy Polek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Davi Silva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match clock showed 85 minutes, the score became 3-1 when Kryspin Robak sped through MZ Wodzisław Śląski's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jaroslaw Siedlecki. Jaroslaw Siedlecki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kryspin Robak in the 89th minute of play. Radomil Marchewka might have been able to make a better finish in the 93rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Davi Silva. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Radomil Marchewka ran back to his position shaking his head. When the referee blew the final whistle, Abandon All Hope could leave the field as winners, despite MZ Wodzisław Śląski having more of the ball for most of the match.
