Spectators: 7673 (Terracing: 5755, Seating: 1765, VIP seats: 153) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Slawomir Kornaszewski kicked off to start the match. Berthel Holde didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ulryk Dombrowski went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carl Dahlberg in the 10th minute of play forced KOZIOŁKI KKS POZNAŃ's goalkeeper Zula Bator to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. KOZIOŁKI KKS POZNAŃ's Zula Bator played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nils-Emil Ros in the 13th minute of play. Zula Bator showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nils-Emil Ros, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. KOZIOŁKI KKS POZNAŃ's Slawomir Kornaszewski managed to work through Fresta BK Väsby's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Slawomir Kornaszewski dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. In the 18th minute Radomil Cielencki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Berthel Holde saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jonny Jonasson in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zula Bator saved KOZIOŁKI KKS POZNAŃ from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jonny Jonasson in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zula Bator prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of KOZIOŁKI KKS POZNAŃ booed when Fresta BK Väsby was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vincent Strömberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, KOZIOŁKI KKS POZNAŃ's Slawomir Kornaszewski tried to score from far away in the 23rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in KOZIOŁKI KKS POZNAŃ's zone, Jonny Jonasson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zula Bator came out of the goal and Jonny Jonasson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Krzysztof Wolczewski's late challenge caught a Fresta BK Väsby's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Krzysztof Wolczewski helped the player get up and apologised. After 38 played minutes KOZIOŁKI KKS POZNAŃ got a freekick which was hit by Krzysztof Wolczewski. 38 minutes into the match, Fresta BK Väsby's Markus Bark sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Zula Bator narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 39 played minutes Fresta BK Väsby got a freekick which was hit by Hans Snäll. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Fresta BK Väsby's Carl Olsman was substituted for Jonny Jonasson. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nils-Emil Ros to make the kick off. Nils-Emil Ros took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zula Bator. Zula Bator dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. 57 minutes into the match, KOZIOŁKI KKS POZNAŃ's goalkeeper Zula Bator had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Henning Nyman. KOZIOŁKI KKS POZNAŃ's Krzysztof Wolczewski got his second yellow card of the match in the 62nd minute. The referee ordered Krzysztof Wolczewski off the ground. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nils-Emil Ros got free with Zula Bator in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Fresta BK Väsby's Carl Olsman in the 68th minute got a chance for a shot 68th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Slawomir Kornaszewski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Markus Bark, 72 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 76th match minute, Fresta BK Väsby was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vincent Strömberg to maneuver through the defense. Fresta BK Väsby made a substitution. Bengt Isaksson replaced Carl Dahlberg. Cyryl Furlit hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Berthel Holde made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Radomil Cielencki in the 84th minute of play. Artur Wierzbicki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 90 played minutes Fresta BK Väsby got a freekick which was hit by Erland Nord. Ulryk Dombrowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of KOZIOŁKI KKS POZNAŃ booed when Fresta BK Väsby was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erland Nord didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard shot 95 in the game by Bengt Isaksson from a close distance when the talented Zula Bator managed to make a qualified save. KOZIOŁKI KKS POZNAŃ's players were relieved.
