Grigore Proca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Peter Asklund, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. A collision led to Recolta Alamor getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Chris Bateman hit a great ball. If Theodore Cagle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. Gustav Termander was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Theodore Cagle showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 34 minute of play. Blaine Schaffer made a great header on Recolta Alamor's corner, it was just that AC Kingriver-Ljungsarp RK's Gustav Termander managed to reach the ball for a save.
