An unexpectedly hard shot by Manuel Castelain in the 6th minute of play forced Club San Wich's goalkeeper Feliberto Millano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 9th minute Manuel Castelain shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Feliberto Millano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fidel Blunt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Julian Kosakowski struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Feliberto Millano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ORIZABA F.C.. Feliberto Millano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manuel Castelain in the 16th minute of the match. A hard shot 17 in the game by Teofilo Estevez from a close distance when the talented Richárd Textex managed to make a qualified save. ORIZABA F.C.'s players were relieved. With an all-out effort, Club San Wich's Richárd Textex threw himself towards the right post 19 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Erasmo Pelayo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The audience thought a goal was coming when Prudencio Ihintza got free with Richárd Textex in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 23rd minute Manuel Castelain shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Feliberto Millano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 24th minute of the match ORIZABA F.C. got a corner. Club San Wich's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Julian Kosakowski ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on ORIZABA F.C.'s corner Loco Oko fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Feliberto Millano quite easily take care of the ball. The audience was convinced that Fidel Blunt's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Feliberto Millano was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. Fidel Blunt's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Feliberto Millano read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. ORIZABA F.C.'s Richárd Textex played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teofilo Estevez in the 35th minute of play. Richárd Textex took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erasmo Pelayo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 40th minute Fidel Blunt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Feliberto Millano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Manuel Castelain took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Feliberto Millano. Feliberto Millano dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Feliberto Millano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manuel Castelain in the 45th minute of play. Richárd Textex took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teofilo Estevez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half ORIZABA F.C. were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fidel Blunt to make the kick off. When the match had gone on for 53 minutes, Fidel Blunt put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Feliberto Millano. Richárd Textex took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erasmo Pelayo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Feliberto Millano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manuel Castelain in the 59th minute of play. In the 60th minute, Julian Kosakowski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Club San Wich's Feliberto Millano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fidel Blunt in the 62nd minute of play. Fidel Blunts short, quick shot in the 69thth minute got Feliberto Millano to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Manuel Castelain could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Feliberto Millano made a huge save. Feliberto Millano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fidel Blunt in the 72nd minute of the match. Feliberto Millano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Manuel Castelain in the 73rd minute. Club San Wich's Feliberto Millano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fidel Blunt in the 78th minute of play. ORIZABA F.C.'s Fidel Blunt got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. ORIZABA F.C. had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
