Kjell Trengereid showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hector Bobis in the 36th minute of the match. Zacarias Cabrero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maore Mamaev, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. In the 39th minute, Teo Alberdi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hector Bobis took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kjell Trengereid. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Segundo Balmaceda to make the kick off. The audience was convinced that Hector Bobis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kjell Trengereid was relentless in the 57th minute of the game.
