Spectators: 7793 (Terracing: 5846, Seating: 1792, VIP seats: 155) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Devon Swanson took the kick off in the first half of the match. Cason Conner fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chris Singletary having to interfere. Chris Singletary made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cason Conner in the 27th minute of play. Raphael McCloud hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Federal Way defense, Daren Seay kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Chris Singletary. The Federal Way fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Chris Singletary should have stopped the shot. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Daren Seay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Chris Singletary tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ramiro Maurer might have been able to make a better finish in the 62nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Geoff Walton. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ramiro Maurer ran back to his position shaking his head. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Daren Seay in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Chris Singletary prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Chris Singletary made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Cason Conner sent off a good shot on target. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Daren Seay in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Chris Singletary saved Federal Way from getting behind. Daren Seay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Chris Singletary tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 73 minutes into the match, Federal Way's goalkeeper Chris Singletary had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cason Conner. Cason Conner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Daren Seay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Chris Singletary tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ramiro Maurer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Geoff Walton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 82nd minute, Quincy Tillman fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind Federal Way's goalkeeper Chris Singletary, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Cason Conner received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Chris Singletary tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Daren Seay came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the LA CLIPPERS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daren Seay couldn't finish the play. LA CLIPPERS were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
