In the 11thth minute of the game Tyron Velasquez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chisholm Rookie's Danial McDermott was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Santos FC's Lanny Gilmore slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Danial McDermott. That made the score 1-0 after 12 minutes of play. Tyron Velasquez hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Connor Christie in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aaron Smallwood prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lanny Gilmore got free with Danial McDermott in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match had gone on for 22 minutes, Tyron Velasquez took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Danial McDermott to make any attempt to save it. If Lanny Gilmore had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Chisholm Rookie's Danial McDermott got control of the ball when Lanny Gilmore tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tristan Hyatt made in the 37th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which 雷海晨 however managed to control. After 42 played minutes Santos FC got a freekick which was hit by Mike Richardson. Jackson Caballero's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aaron Smallwood read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. Tyron Velasquez hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind Chisholm Rookie's goalkeeper Danial McDermott, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Aaron Smallwood showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adolfo Dorsey in the 48th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Connor Christie stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Danial McDermott showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tory Weeks, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Aaron Smallwood showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adolfo Dorsey in the 57th minute of the match. Santos FC's Aaron Smallwood proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Santos FC from getting a goal against them. In the 60th minute Lanny Gilmore shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Danial McDermott saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 60 minutes of play, Santos FC's Lanny Gilmore made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Danial McDermott was left in no man's land by his defense there! With his leg Aaron Smallwood managed to avoid a goal in the 63rdth minute, when Chisholm Rookie's Adolfo Dorsey fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Lanny Gilmore managed to get in a good position for a shot. Santos FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Lanny Gilmore was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Danial McDermott breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 70th minute Tyron Velasquez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Danial McDermott saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aaron Smallwood came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by Chisholm Rookie's Connor Christie. But to his dismay, Connor Christie quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Santos FC made a substitution. Terence Nicholas replaced Tyron Velasquez. The supporters of Santos FC booed when Chisholm Rookie was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. 雷海晨 didn't get a good kick on the ball. Chisholm Rookie's Danial McDermott played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lanny Gilmore in the 77th minute of play. After 86 minutes, Connor Christie made it 3-2 with a short kick to the right side. Santos FC's Aaron Smallwood tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Aaron Smallwood was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Connor Christie showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-3 in the 93 minute of play. The Santos FC fans' excitement grew in the 97th match minute when Santos FC's Terence Nicholas looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Santos FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
