Vilmar Heidemann scored 4-1 in the 67th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Olo Uriarte, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Atlético San Antonio made a substitution. Chesus Dobarral replaced Arixo Urbiso. Made in Paraguay made a substitution. Ramone Betancur replaced Adriano Verdejo. Made in Paraguay's Blanco Cotilla was substituted for Iratxo Acosta. Alvise Scivittaro hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Roque Santa Cruz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Olo Uriarte tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
