An unexpectedly hard shot by Colon Averasturi in the 13th minute of play forced OLIMPIA's goalkeeper Lartaun Ibar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. MANIACOS's Felippe Sabino proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save MANIACOS from getting a goal against them. Lartaun Ibar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Colon Averasturi in the 23rd minute of play. OLIMPIA's Mátyás Borbás got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 35th minute Benjamin Barua shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lartaun Ibar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lartaun Ibar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Colon Averasturi in the 37th minute of play. In the 42nd minute, Benjamin Barua hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A hard shot by Ubendu Cacho from long distance, 43 minutes into the match, got Felippe Sabino's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. MANIACOS's Felippe Sabino proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save MANIACOS from getting a goal against them. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

After a rather tough play, MANIACOS's Benjamin Barua got a free kick in the 61st minute. After 66 played minutes OLIMPIA got a freekick which was hit by Ovando Jacolet. Lartaun Ibar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Montay Villatreses, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Felippe Sabino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ovando Jacolet in the 73rd minute of play. After some careless play in the MANIACOS defense, Mátyás Borbás kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Felippe Sabino. The MANIACOS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Felippe Sabino should have stopped the shot. The supporters of MANIACOS booed when OLIMPIA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sava Babachev didn't get a good kick on the ball. 范竞广 kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Lartaun Ibar made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Radu Bleoancă sent off a good shot on target. The OLIMPIA support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
