After a defensive mix-up in Qikiqtarjuaq FC's zone, Alican İçten stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Abel Bueno came out of the goal and Alican İçten tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Camille Trudeau stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 50 minutes of play, Flames FC's Camille Trudeau made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Abel Bueno was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 56th minute Diego Lopes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abel Bueno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Abel Bueno showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Camille Trudeau in the 57th minute of the match. In the 74th minute Diego Lopes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abel Bueno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Flames FC's zone, Terrence Arthur stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tao Xi came out of the goal and Terrence Arthur tried to chip the ball over his head. When the match had gone on for 85 minutes, Terrence Arthur took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Tao Xi to make any attempt to save it. Flames FC's Tao Xi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Terrence Arthur in the 90th minute of play. Hubert Arthur hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Flames FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
