It was Ruben Huot who took care of the corner kick. ђỉģђωấų ţŏ ђęſſ's Ruben Huot was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Theron Dooley in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 14 minutes into the match, NDG Fury FC's goal looked a bit too open when Vaclovas Kėbla came free, but Theron Dooley reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. ђỉģђωấų ţŏ ђęſſ's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ruben Huot in the 21st minute. The corner led to ђỉģђωấų ţŏ ђęſſ's Ruben Huot getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. ђỉģђωấų ţŏ ђęſſ's Chong Talon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ómar Sharif in the 23rd minute of play. ђỉģђωấų ţŏ ђęſſ's Chong Talon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save ђỉģђωấų ţŏ ђęſſ from getting a goal against them. Theron Dooley took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vaclovas Kėbla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The ђỉģђωấų ţŏ ђęſſ fans' excitement grew in the 31st match minute when ђỉģђωấų ţŏ ђęſſ's Vaclovas Kėbla looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Chong Talon made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Mårten Arenstedt sent off a good shot on target. 44 minutes had been played when some careless play by ђỉģђωấų ţŏ ђęſſ's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Chauncey Veilleux was slow to take the kick. During this time NDG Fury FC's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Chauncey Veilleux almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but ђỉģђωấų ţŏ ђęſſ's Chong Talon did a great save. A collision led to ђỉģђωấų ţŏ ђęſſ getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Garret Bourque hit a great ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ómar Sharif was the one to do the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vaclovas Kėbla in the 51st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Theron Dooley saved NDG Fury FC from getting behind. Theron Dooley showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vaclovas Kėbla in the 53rd minute of the match. Theron Dooley showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vaclovas Kėbla, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. ђỉģђωấų ţŏ ђęſſ's Tomasz Witwicki was substituted for Cyrus Hendrix. Roberts Lewandowski kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. In the 59th minute Ómar Sharif shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chong Talon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. It was a well-played corner which Dwayne Ducharme managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Theron Dooley showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sümer Ömürcan, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sümer Ömürcan in the 67th minute of play forced NDG Fury FC's goalkeeper Theron Dooley to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 68th minute, Gytis Saudargis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. NDG Fury FC's Jimeno Barea was substituted for Telesphore Diamond. NDG Fury FC's Benjamin Davies was substituted for Chauncey Veilleux. The supporters of NDG Fury FC booed when ђỉģђωấų ţŏ ђęſſ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gytis Saudargis didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Tomasz Witwicki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sümer Ömürcan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 79 minutes into the match, Sümer Ömürcan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Theron Dooley. NDG Fury FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sümer Ömürcan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Roberts Lewandowski struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Theron Dooley didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ђỉģђωấų ţŏ ђęſſ. Sümer Ömürcan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Theron Dooley made a huge save. After a rather tough play, NDG Fury FC's Mårten Arenstedt got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Sümer Ömürcan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The ђỉģђωấų ţŏ ђęſſ supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing ђỉģђωấų ţŏ ђęſſ would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
