Dacosta Ashby could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Petru Nisporeanu made a huge save. After taking down the ball on El Pinar's corner Fredrik Holden fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Petru Nisporeanu quite easily take care of the ball. 31 minutes into the match, Deportivo Peñarol FIFV's goalkeeper Petru Nisporeanu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Süreyya Uzer. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sanson Villasinda in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Anselmo Oliveira prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 33 minutes into the match, El Pinar's goal looked a bit too open when Mauricio Guadalupe came free, but Anselmo Oliveira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Deportivo Peñarol FIFV fans' excitement grew in the 37th match minute when Deportivo Peñarol FIFV's Sanson Villasinda looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sanson Villasinda was the one to do the kick off. Deportivo Peñarol FIFV's Petru Nisporeanu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Süreyya Uzer in the 87th minute of play. Anselmo Oliveira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mauricio Guadalupe in the 90th minute of the match. Petru Nisporeanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Süreyya Uzer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sanson Villasinda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anselmo Oliveira was a little too slow when Sanson Villasinda got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 95th minute. The score was now 0-8. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Deportivo Peñarol FIFV had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
