Themba Takane showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stefan Banaszak in the 18th minute of the match. Richie Cagigal didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Darwin Torres went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Real de Carmelo 2021 FC's Richie Cagigal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Taniel Kips in the 25th minute of play. In the 30th minute Lucho Aguiar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Themba Takane saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ubarna Donallo struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Richie Cagigal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cimarrones F.C.. Darwin Torres sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Real de Carmelo 2021 FC booed when Cimarrones F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Xaime Urrechua didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gonzalo Frejaskov in the 37th minute of play forced Cimarrones F.C.'s goalkeeper Themba Takane to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Darwin Torres could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Richie Cagigal made a huge save. With his leg Richie Cagigal managed to avoid a goal in the 42ndth minute, when Cimarrones F.C.'s Darwin Torres fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 43rd match minute, Real de Carmelo 2021 FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucho Aguiar to maneuver through the defense. 44 minutes into the match, Darwin Torres dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Richie Cagigal, 3-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Darwin Torres was the one to do the kick off. Themba Takane made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lucho Aguiar in the 58th minute. Taniel Kips received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Richie Cagigal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 64 minutes of play, Cimarrones F.C.'s Oswald Griese made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Richie Cagigal was left in no man's land by his defense there! Xaime Urrechua received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Richie Cagigal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cimarrones F.C.'s Rutenio Respaldizar was substituted for Oswald Griese. Real de Carmelo 2021 FC made a substitution. Roberto Santander replaced Gonzalo Frejaskov. 72 minutes into the match, Real de Carmelo 2021 FC's goal looked a bit too open when Darwin Torres came free, but Richie Cagigal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Richie Cagigal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Darwin Torres in the 80th minute of the match. Real de Carmelo 2021 FC made a substitution. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 93 minutes into the game, Roberto Santander lined in a short shot 4-2 behind a frustrated Themba Takane. Cimarrones F.C.'s fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
