Joel Che showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isaias Frederico, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. Cremaster's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Fermin Gorri in the 5th minute. The corner led Cremaster's Fermin Gorri to fire away a dangerous shot which Joel Che despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zeledon Felipillo got free with Joel Che in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Primitivo Toribio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Armando Hitzeder tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Armando Hitzeder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Candido James in the 15th minute of play. Culampajao Quilmeño's Joel Che played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isaias Frederico in the 17th minute of play. Cremaster's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Fermin Gorri in the 21st minute. The corner ended in Fermin Gorri almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Culampajao Quilmeño's Joel Che did a great save. 22 minutes into the match, Culampajao Quilmeño's goalkeeper Joel Che had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zeledon Felipillo. Primitivo Toribio might have been able to make a better finish in the 25th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Armando Hitzeder. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Primitivo Toribio ran back to his position shaking his head. Victorino Bastia's late challenge caught a Cremaster's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Victorino Bastia helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Culampajao Quilmeño's Victorino Bastia got a free kick in the 27th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Isaias Frederico in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Joel Che saved Culampajao Quilmeño from getting behind. Culampajao Quilmeño's Melchor Boniel got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Candido James came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Culampajao Quilmeño fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Candido James couldn't finish the play. In the 41st minute Isaias Frederico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joel Che saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Melchor Boniel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Sergio Amato had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

Primitivo Toribio was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 53 minutes into the match. Culampajao Quilmeño:s Joel Che showed great skill when he stopped Fermin Gorri:s penalty. Fermin Gorri took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Joel Che. Joel Che dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Candido James might have been able to make a better finish in the 60th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Armando Hitzeder. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Candido James ran back to his position shaking his head. Candido James sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Isaias Frederico received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Joel Che tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Joel Che showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isaias Frederico in the 69th minute of the match. Candido James fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Armando Hitzeder having to interfere. Joel Che stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Prospero Panfilo's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Cremaster's zone, Melchor Boniel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Armando Hitzeder came out of the goal and Melchor Boniel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Joel Che showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isaias Frederico in the 86th minute of the match. Joel Che showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Prospero Panfilo, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. In the 88th minute, Melchor Boniel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Candido James in the 94th minute of play forced Cremaster's goalkeeper Armando Hitzeder to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Armando Hitzeder made an important save on a dangerous shot by Melchor Boniel in the 97th minute. Thanks to some nice moves Melchor Boniel could shoot a difficult shot in the 99th minute, which Armando Hitzeder however easily saved by the left post. Culampajao Quilmeño were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
