Zawisza Bydgoszcz's Fryderyk Lepper played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Brion Murphy in the 20th minute of play. Fryderyk Lepper made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Olgun Oktay sent off a good shot on target. In the 25th minute of the match COPERNICUS TORUŃ got a corner. Zawisza Bydgoszcz's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Artuir Ramsey ran over to the corner to take the kick. Fryderyk Lepper showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anıl Akdoruk in the 26th minute of the match. Anıl Akdoruk received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Fryderyk Lepper came out and tried to block the shot, but Anıl Akdoruk slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 26th minute. The supporters of Zawisza Bydgoszcz booed when COPERNICUS TORUŃ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Brion Murphy didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 65 played minutes Harvey Boyes rounded COPERNICUS TORUŃ's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-1.
