Syd Cullen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Mateo Jago took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martyn Rider, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 16 minutes had been played when some careless play by Rawmarsh's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Aleksander Rørvik was slow to take the kick. During this time Coventry Wasps's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Aleksander Rørvik almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Rawmarsh's Mateo Jago did a great save. Syd Cullen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dan Saville in the 18th minute of play. Syd Cullen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raimundo Salvadore in the 22nd minute of the match. Coventry Wasps's Syd Cullen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raimundo Salvadore in the 24th minute of play. Billie Whitman made in the 25th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Aleksander Rørvik. 31 minutes into the match, Rawmarsh's goal looked a bit too open when Martyn Rider came free, but Mateo Jago reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With his leg Mateo Jago managed to avoid a goal in the 32ndth minute, when Coventry Wasps's Camilo Ferrara fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Martyn Rider got free with Mateo Jago in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rawmarsh's Mateo Jago proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Rawmarsh from getting a goal against them. Rawmarsh's Mateo Jago played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mark Booth in the 41st minute of play. Syd Cullen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raimundo Salvadore in the 42nd minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Camilo Ferrara was the one to do the kick off. Rawmarsh's Mateo Jago played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martyn Rider in the 51st minute of play. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
