Spectators: 10908 (Terracing: 8182, Seating: 2509, VIP seats: 217) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Tomáš Požgaj took the kick off in the first half of the match. Štefan Semeno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gong Yang in the 4th minute of play. 5 minutes into the match, AFK Petržalka's Tomáš Požgaj sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marek Horvát narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Blas Soter had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. AFK Petržalka were awarded a corner in the 15th minute after FC Kukova's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Peter Pekarík took the corner. The corner led AFK Petržalka's Peter Pekarík to fire away a dangerous shot which Marek Horvát despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Štefan Semeno took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Blas Soter, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Štefan Semeno showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Blas Soter in the 18th minute of the match. Štefan Semeno didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Blas Soter went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 25 minutes into the match, Tomáš Požgaj had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marek Horvát. FC Kukova's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tomáš Požgaj was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Štefan Semeno took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Blas Soter, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 35th minute AFK Petržalka were awarded a corner. Peter Pekarík went to the cornerflag to take it. 37 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Kukova's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Peter Pekarík was slow to take the kick. During this time AFK Petržalka's players had a chance to rest. Tomáš Požgaj fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marek Horvát having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomáš Požgaj got free with Marek Horvát in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tomáš Požgaj could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Marek Horvát made a huge save. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gong Yang to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, AFK Petržalka's goalkeeper Štefan Semeno had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Blas Soter. In the 63rd match minute, FC Kukova was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ľubomír Timčo to maneuver through the defense. Marek Horvát showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomáš Požgaj in the 65th minute of the match. Blas Soter could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Štefan Semeno made a huge save. FC Kukova's Gregório Pimentel was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Štefan Semeno in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. AFK Petržalka's Štefan Semeno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gregório Pimentel in the 71st minute of play. AFK Petržalka's defense didn't have a chance, in the 74th minute, when Blas Soter scored to the left of an out of position Štefan Semeno, making the score, 2-2. Blas Soter who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 77thth minute tested the skills of Štefan Semeno when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Ján Novák recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marek Horvát took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ján Novák, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ján Novák in the 92nd minute of play forced FC Kukova's goalkeeper Marek Horvát to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 93rd minute of the game Ľubomír Timčo made a throw-in which Blas Soter played forward. After a rather tough play, AFK Petržalka's Peter Pekarík got a free kick in the 94th minute. The AFK Petržalka fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. FC Kukova were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
