After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Adam Valler managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bajens Lirare BK's supporters rose to their feet, but Adam Valler was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alfred Lindgren breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Richard Ahlkvist received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Alfred Lindgren came out and tried to block the shot, but Richard Ahlkvist slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 13th minute. Alfred Lindgren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Richard Ahlkvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Bajens Lirare BK booed when Trollywood was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oskar Skoglund didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alfred Lindgren made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nils-Emil Pedersson in the 17th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olov Wennerström in the 21st minute of play forced Bajens Lirare BK's goalkeeper Henning Åström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Trollywood's Alfred Lindgren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adam Valler in the 22nd minute of play. After 23 played minutes Bajens Lirare BK got a freekick which was hit by Jens-Åke Mellin. 24 minutes into the match, Trollywood's Oskar Skoglund broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Nils-Emil Pedersson's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 26thth minute, Alfred Lindgren skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Alfred Lindgren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nils-Emil Pedersson in the 27th minute of play. With an all-out effort, Bajens Lirare BK's Alfred Lindgren threw himself towards the right post 29 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Nils-Emil Pedersson, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Adam Valler took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alfred Lindgren. Alfred Lindgren dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Trollywood's Alfred Lindgren proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Trollywood from getting a goal against them. Nils-Emil Pederssons short, quick shot in the 37thth minute got Alfred Lindgren to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 45th minute Casper Grönberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfred Lindgren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nils-Emil Pedersson to make the kick off. If Evert Bäcklin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pål Täman hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. The supporters of Trollywood booed when Bajens Lirare BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Augusto Loureiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 75 minutes, Oskar Skoglund managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Trollywood's supporters crossed their fingers, but Oskar Skoglund was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 79th minute, Nils-Emil Pedersson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Richard Ahlkvist came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Bajens Lirare BK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Richard Ahlkvist couldn't finish the play. In the 88th minute, Oskar Skoglund got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alfred Lindgren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nils-Emil Pedersson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Trollywood's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
