In the 15thth minute of the game Mark Stenman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rossoneri XI's Andy Berg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 19th minute Karl-Oskar Eriksson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andy Berg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Andy Berg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mark Stenman in the 20th minute of the match. Andy Berg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mark Stenman, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Vilgot Bäcklin hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Andy Berg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gino Tonić in the 27th minute of play. In the 36th minute, Albin Björklund ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dennis Josefsson was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Lillbo BK's Mark Stenman was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Andy Berg in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 47th minute Karl-Oskar Eriksson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andy Berg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A nice corner shot did that Kalle Lööf got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Andy Berg quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mehmet Özdilek to make the kick off. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Karl-Oskar Eriksson couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Leonardo Hedlund managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lillbo BK's supporters rose to their feet, but Leonardo Hedlund was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Andy Berg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Rossoneri XI getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Torsten Giliusson hit a great ball. Dennis Josefsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Georg Simonsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leonardo Hedlund's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 86thth minute, Andy Berg skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Andy Berg had great luck who in the 86thth minute grab hold of the ball when Leonardo Hedlund from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Sten Abelsson scored 2-2 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dennis Josefsson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
