Främlingslegionen BK's Boruc Klimkiewicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kim Kallstrøm in the 4th minute of play. Boruc Klimkiewicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gogo Dancer in the 6th minute of play. Jan-Erik Spetz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eddie Åman in the 11th minute. Boruc Klimkiewicz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gogo Dancer, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Vännäsby BF were awarded a corner in the 14th minute after Främlingslegionen BK's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Mosab Al Mansor took the corner. Vännäsby BF's Domingos Firme was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Boruc Klimkiewicz in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 17th minute Christer Bruse shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan-Erik Spetz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Benjamin Kinnman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Boruc Klimkiewicz having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Vännäsby BF's Mosab Al Mansor got a free kick in the 21st minute. Främlingslegionen BK's Eddie Åman got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jan-Erik Spetz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eddie Åman in the 27th minute of play. In the 31st minute of the game Jack Haraldsson made a throw-in which Kristopher Cornell played forward. In the 37th minute Gogo Dancer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Boruc Klimkiewicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 39 minutes of play, Vännäsby BF's Kim Kallstrøm made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Boruc Klimkiewicz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eddie Åman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Främlingslegionen BK's Boruc Klimkiewicz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save Främlingslegionen BK from getting a goal against them. 54 minutes into the game, Rikard Lange was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Främlingslegionen BK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vännäsby BF the free kick. In the 54th match minute, Främlingslegionen BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rikard Lange to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Främlingslegionen BK booed when Vännäsby BF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gogo Dancer didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 64th play minutes Eddie Åman shot 2-1, a short shot which went by Jan-Erik Spetz and just under the crossbar into goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eddie Åman in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jan-Erik Spetz saved Vännäsby BF from getting behind. Främlingslegionen BK's Rikard Lange got his second yellow card of the match in the 77th minute. The referee ordered Rikard Lange off the ground. Vännäsby BF made a substitution. Josue Montemayor replaced Benjamin Kinnman. The supporters of Vännäsby BF booed when Främlingslegionen BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rikard Lange didn't get a good kick on the ball. Boruc Klimkiewicz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gogo Dancer in the 84th minute of the match. Christer Bruse scored 3-2 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jan-Erik Spetz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 91 minutes into the match, Främlingslegionen BK's goalkeeper Boruc Klimkiewicz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gogo Dancer. 92 minutes into the match, Vännäsby BF's Kim Kallstrøm sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Boruc Klimkiewicz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Vännäsby BF were awarded a corner in the 94th minute after Främlingslegionen BK's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Mosab Al Mansor took the corner.
