Spectators: 8415 (Terracing: 6312, Seating: 1935, VIP seats: 168) Lidköping's Adam Mårtensson started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 2nd minute Adam Mårtensson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gordon Banke saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hubert Tinglöf charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hubert Tinglöf the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Hubert Tinglöf hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Stefan Bogren managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lidköping's supporters rose to their feet, but Stefan Bogren was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gordon Banke breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Lidköping's Adam Mårtensson in the 6th minute got a chance for a shot 6th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Orreboy Royals's goalie prevented a goal. In the 9th minute, Karl-Magnus Törnqvist made a precise shot to the right of Kristoffer Västerstrand. Lidköping's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Kristoffer Västerstrand took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mario Cuevas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With an all-out effort, Lidköping's Gordon Banke threw himself towards the right post 18 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Adam Mårtensson, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 19th minute Lidköping were awarded a corner. Stayko Vakareliyski went to the cornerflag to take it. It was a well-played corner which Expedito Doctore managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andreas Möller in the 22nd minute of play forced Lidköping's goalkeeper Kristoffer Västerstrand to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 23rd minute Orreboy Royals were awarded a corner. Rasmus Hegg went to the cornerflag to take it. Kjell Arvidsson was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Gordon Banke showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adam Mårtensson in the 27th minute of the match. Gordon Banke didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Adam Mårtensson went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Rasmus Hegg kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Gordon Banke made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stefan Bogren in the 35th minute of play. 37 minutes into the match, Lidköping's goal looked a bit too open when Karl-Magnus Törnqvist came free, but Kristoffer Västerstrand reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Orreboy Royals were awarded a corner in the 38th minute after Lidköping's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Rasmus Hegg took the corner. Kristoffer Västerstrand took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eliézer Sampaio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eliézer Sampaio was the one to do the kick off. Gordon Banke took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stayko Vakareliyski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Stefan Bogren came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Lidköping fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Stefan Bogren couldn't finish the play. In the 66th minute, Leo Olsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kristoffer Västerstrand made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Eliézer Sampaio sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in Orreboy Royals's zone, Adam Mårtensson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gordon Banke came out of the goal and Adam Mårtensson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Stefan Bogren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Kristoffer Västerstrand made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Eliézer Sampaio sent off a good shot on target. 81 minutes into the game, Eliézer Sampaio recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Kristoffer Västerstrand. Eliézer Sampaio showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-3. Orreboy Royals's Birger Berglund was substituted for Jörgen Wenerdahl. Kristoffer Västerstrand had great luck who in the 88thth minute grab hold of the ball when Karl-Magnus Törnqvist from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. In the 90th minute Karl-Magnus Törnqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kristoffer Västerstrand saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 96 minutes into the match, Lidköping's goal looked a bit too open when Karl-Magnus Törnqvist came free, but Kristoffer Västerstrand reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Orreboy Royals's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
