Gordon Banke came out of the goal and Henrik Möllgren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karl-Magnus Törnqvist in the 18th minute of play forced SSC Ambrosini's goalkeeper Aaron Glanselius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Orreboy Royals's Gordon Banke proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Orreboy Royals from getting a goal against them. Henrik Möllgren might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gordon Banke. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Henrik Möllgren ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henrik Möllgren in the 26th minute of play forced Orreboy Royals's goalkeeper Gordon Banke to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jan Malm went to the cornerflag to take it. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Henrik Möllgren made the kick off in the second half. Aaron Glanselius made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Leonard Hjelm sent off a good shot on target. The Orreboy Royals fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gordon Banke should have stopped the shot. Orreboy Royals's Johannes Caspersson was substituted for Rasmus Hegg. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. SSC Ambrosini were victorious despite being under pressure from Orreboy Royals for much of the match.
