The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Róbson Eger who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 3rdth minute tested the skills of Kalle Askberg when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Joachim Svensson hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. George Apelqvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Kalle Askberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from George Apelqvist in the 9th minute of play. In the 16th minute, George Apelqvist ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kalle Askberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Kalle Askberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of George Apelqvist's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. In the 24th minute Sannegården BK were awarded a corner. Henry Kullgren went to the cornerflag to take it. Sannegården BK's Henry Kullgren was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Kalle Askberg in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Henry Kullgren's long shot made the audience stand up and applaude when it rumbled by Kalle Askberg on his right side and into the goal. 24 minutes into the game it was 2-0. 29 minutes into the game, one of Sundborn IF:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Kalle Askberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Henry Kullgren went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. When Sannegården BK's George Apelqvist in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sundborn IF's goalie prevented a goal. In the 35th minute, Kaloyan Mitashev ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fredric Olsson was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Sannegården BK's Fredric Olsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ted Holmgren in the 38th minute of play. 41 minutes into the match, Sannegården BK's George Apelqvist sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kalle Askberg narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Sannegården BK's George Apelqvist got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Kalle Askberg made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Róbson Eger sent off a good shot on target. Ragnar Løth kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match.

The wind increased when Kaloyan Mitashev made the kick off in the second half. Sannegården BK made a substitution. Karl-Erik Mattsson replaced George Apelqvist. Karl-Magnus Hansson made in the 63rd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Kaloyan Mitashev however managed to control. An unexpectedly hard shot by Róbson Eger in the 65th minute of play forced Sundborn IF's goalkeeper Kalle Askberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Sundborn IF defense, Róbson Eger kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kalle Askberg. The Sundborn IF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kalle Askberg should have stopped the shot. Sundborn IF's Kjell Holmberg was substituted for Jan Håning. Kalle Askberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wade Qadri in the 77th minute of the match. The throw-in from Erland Kvist in the 81st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Sannegården BK's Henry Kullgren. Sundborn IF's Kalle Askberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karl-Erik Mattsson in the 82nd minute of play. In the 84th minute, Karl-Erik Mattsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Emilian Braga during the 86th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 86 played minutes Sannegården BK got a freekick which was hit by Emilian Braga. Kalle Askberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emilian Braga in the 89th minute of the match. Fredric Olsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lars-Erik Pil, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 96th match minute, Sannegården BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emilian Braga to maneuver through the defense. Henry Kullgren kicked well hit freekick during the 98th minute of the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the Sundborn IF players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Sannegården BK.
